Set across 1.7 acres of oceanfront sanctuary within La Punta Estates, Punta Mita's most private gated enclave, Casa Balena balances grand architectural scale with intimate, sensory design. Refined interior volumes by Bernardi + Peschard open seamlessly to terraces, shaded lounges, landscaped gardens, and gathering areas that let daily life move naturally between indoors and out.
At the heart of the estate lies its defining feature: a 37-meter whale-shaped infinity pool, integrated directly into the architecture. More than a design statement, it becomes the emotional center of the home, hosting sunrise swims, unhurried afternoons, and sunset evenings overlooking the Pacific.

Six Private Suites, Eleven Beds
Six private bedrooms, four of them full suites, give multi-generational families and groups both flexibility and privacy. Every room carries premium bedding, an en-suite bathroom, climate control, blackout shutters, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
One king bed opens onto a private plunge-pool terrace and ocean-facing sky deck, the estate's most secluded retreat, with a Sonos sound system, minibar, and dedicated coffee station for slow mornings above the Pacific.
